Get to Know Me
I’m Jo and I live on a narrowboat on a canal near Liverpool. I love music
and nature and I’d like to think I’m a friendly type kind of person!
I’ve always been interested in people so being a counsellor is a great way for me to help my clients work through issues of loss, whether it’s a death, redundancy, divorce or something else. I also find meditation a useful way of dealing with emotions in a more calming way and it helps me to keep me on my own path through life.
I know what it’s like to have lost in life, I’ve lost loved ones, my health, relationships, pets, jobs and more...
This is why I know I can help you with your feelings of loss, because I’ve been there and got through it myself so I know it’s possible!
I also offer counselling to people suffering from Inflammatory Bowel Diseases like Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis due to my own experiences – Please click here for more info.
I’ve worked with clients who have experienced loss from suicide, natural and wrongful death,
childhood trauma, anger, health, disability and much more.
If you’re interested in counselling, meditation or want to ask me something then please get in touch here.
