I offer meditation sessions that can help with stress, anxiety, sleep and some health issues. They can help you feel more relaxed and bring a sense of calm. I offer guided meditations and mindfulness sessions.
Guided meditations are meditations that I’ll guide you through by explaining what you can see and feel with the purpose of gaining a specific emotion or energy. For example, I offer grounding meditations, which help you to focus on yourself instead of others, or guided meditations to help with anxiety or childhood trauma.

Mindfulness sessions are a way to help slow down a busy mind. If you find you’re always over thinking things or stressed and anxious then mindfulness can help you. I offer sessions where I can teach you mindfulness techniques to deal with these issues.
All guided meditations are pre-recorded and mindulness sessions come in document form so you can do them whenever and wherever you want.
