Counselling

I can help you work through your feelings around loss, whether it's grief or something else. 

I’ve worked with clients who have experienced loss from suicide, natural and wrongful death, childhood trauma, anger, health, disability and much more.

Counselling can be held online by video or chat, face-to-face or over the phone.

My therapy room is based in Southport for face-to-face counselling and all online support I do from my narrowboat.

Meditation

I create meditation sessions that can help with stress, anxiety, sleep and some health issues. They can help you feel more relaxed and bring a sense of calm.
